2. Age Requirement & Verification

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to access this website, download the mobile app, register an account, or make any purchases.

By entering this site or utilizing our services, you verify and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. We reserve the right to request proof of age or identity at any stage and to terminate your account or restrict site access if we suspect you are underage.

3. Prohibited Conduct & Safety Policies

Puff Social is committed to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and lawful community. You agree not to use the services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms.

Crucially, we maintain a strict, zero-tolerance policy against:

• Human & Sex Trafficking: Any activity related to human trafficking, sex trafficking, involuntary servitude, or commercial sexual exploitation is strictly prohibited.
• Exploitation: Any form of child sexual abuse material (CSAM), child exploitation, or abuse of any individual is strictly prohibited.
• Illegal Sales: Puff Social is a social network; buying, selling, or facilitating the unauthorized distribution of cannabis, prescription drugs, or any other controlled substances on the platform is prohibited.

We actively monitor the platform for indicators of prohibited activities. We reserve the right to terminate accounts, report violations, and fully cooperate with local, state, and federal law enforcement authorities, including the preservation of digital evidence.

4. Purchases & Payment Processing

All purchases made through our store are subject to our terms of sale. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. By providing a payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use it.

You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or on your behalf through the service, at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred (including shipping, handling, and applicable taxes).

5. Refund Policy & Chargebacks

All merchandise sales are final, except in cases of manufacturer defects or shipping damage. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Puff Social monitors chargebacks and payment disputes. Unwarranted chargebacks or fraudulent disputes may result in the permanent suspension of your account and restriction from future transactions.

6. User-Generated Content & Moderation

Users of the mobile app may post profiles, updates, and chat messages. You are solely responsible for the content you upload. You agree not to post defamatory, offensive, harassing, or illegal content.

We employ automated filters and manual moderation teams to review user-submitted content. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or our Safety Guidelines without prior notice.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Puff Social shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the services.
