1. Our Commitment to Safety

At Puff Social, we are dedicated to providing a safe, respectful, and lawful environment for our community. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for any form of exploitation, abuse, or illegal activity on our platform.

2. Prohibition of Human & Sex Trafficking

Puff Social strictly prohibits any activity related to human trafficking, sex trafficking, forced labor, or any form of commercial sexual exploitation.

We do not tolerate the use of our services to facilitate, advertise, recruit, or coordinate any activities related to trafficking or modern slavery. Any user accounts found or suspected to be engaging in, facilitating, or promoting such activities will be permanently banned immediately, and all associated information will be preserved for law enforcement authorities.

3. Monitoring and Prevention Program

To actively prevent and protect against trafficking, exploitation, and abuse, Puff Social implements a comprehensive safety and moderation program, including:

• Content Filtering: Automated keyword and image filters designed to detect and flag terms, phrases, and visuals associated with trafficking, prostitution, or solicitation.
• Manual Content Review: A dedicated moderation team that reviews flagged accounts, user-reported profiles, and reports of suspicious activity.
• Strict Age Gates & Identity Checks: Age verification gates (21+) to prevent underage access, and active monitoring to ensure underage individuals are not using the service.

4. User Reporting Mechanisms

We encourage our community to report any behavior that seems suspicious, exploitative, or in violation of our Terms of Service.

• In-App Reporting: Users can tap the "Report User" button directly on any profile or in chat messages to report suspicious behavior.
• Email Reporting: You can submit detailed reports directly to our safety team at safety@puffsocialapp.com.

All reports are treated with high priority and investigated promptly by our security team.

5. Law Enforcement Engagement Protocol

Puff Social maintains established protocols for immediate engagement with law enforcement and regulatory authorities if trafficking, exploitation, or abuse is suspected or detected:

• Hotline Reporting: We report all suspected human trafficking or sex trafficking incidents immediately to the National Human Trafficking Hotline (1-888-373-7888), operated by Polaris, and submit reports to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) when applicable.
• Direct Police Engagement: In cases of imminent physical danger or active child/human abuse, we contact local law enforcement and federal agencies (such as the FBI or Department of Homeland Security) immediately.
• Data Preservation: We preserve IP logs, account details, communications history, and transaction data of accounts suspected of trafficking to ensure evidence is available for law enforcement investigations.
